A very rude Cashier Simphiwe DlaDla at Foschini West Street Durban

I bought 2 jackets on black Friday for Buy1 and get 1 free and I went to exchange Size because it Cut was too big the Lady credited back the item into the account knowing very well I won't get it with the black Friday price

The Lady made fun of me with her friend I had a Mr price bag with me she said"You should shop at Mr price and not and Foschini "followed with a laugh Like would you say that to a Customer??

The Lady needs to be desplined and I will be doing a follow up on this @Foschini
