UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AT FOCHINI CARNIVAL MALL

Fochini Carnival Mall staff are so unprofessional or they treated m like an uneducated *****. I went there this morning to exchange an item I bought last Friday for an All white surprise event and the person I bought it for could'nt wear it as the item is of super poor quality too see threw. Since it was a gift the tags were removed, they told me they have no cash in the morning for a refund or I should provide a credit card as a Debit card wont do the refund. They then asked me to return in the afternoon which I did as they said they would have then had some cash in the tellers. Then they say to me the item is dirty and the tags are off and was worn which is not true, the item was never worn and clearly cause if you check the camera footage you will see i purchased the item in a hurry and left. I later on the 10 May Day of the event had to buy another item for the person at another clothing store which i will not mention here but can provide proof of this and event pictures. They then told me I must come back when their manager is there Jabu which they say doesnt come always but arrives aat 8am. So since i was dressed down today they think I am unemployed and i my must wake up everymorning to go look for Jabu the manager who comes 8am. Is this what Fochini now stands for? It was the first time I every used that branch and my word the staff look down at people and I am willing to fight that staff to prove a point not to look down. All I want is a refund or exchange if a refund is not permitted given so many stories they have given me. They can try item on and tell me if one could wear that see thru pants to any event, especially to the kind of event I attended. I am really not happy about this!
