The most unprofessional retail group. They put my account on hold for reasons NEVER disclosed to me. Nobody form Foschini thought of contacting me and asking whether I am still on contract on permanently employed. Where do you get off cancelling someone’s account without informing them?????! I looked like an idiot at the store trying to purchase. I have been a good customer, paying on time and extra amounts. This is ridiculous. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN APPLY FOR AN ACCOUNT WITH FOSCHINI! So unprofessional!!!!!!
