unprofessional service

Today 17:35 i received a call from one of the foschini customer service consultant Explainig to her that i want to make arrangements on my instalment i have a little financial problem at the moment. 1 she asked me what my financial problem is and its none of her business, 2 she talked to her collegues and laughed while talking to me ,3 she kept me hanging on the line and went on with her conversation she had with her collegues . What she has done is very unprofessional and untolarable. I am very disapointed in Foshini for what hapened and how i was treated,which is unfair given that i pay so much every month. They are such a highly rated retail store that we shop at but has such hidious consultants that work with our accounts. I am also highly considering on taking them up with the legal authority and having the matter delt with for the fact that the consultant made such a fool of me over the phone.
