Unprofessional make up assistant

I will never attempt to use Foschini Forest Hill City mall again. I urgently needed foundation and love Smashbox. They are the closest store that supplies the brand. When i arrived I was told to come back in an hour as the consultant was on lunch and nobody else can assist. I then came back an hour to later and a lady dressed in a white coat was there. I told her that I need assistance with smashbox and she offered to help. I was really exited to see a new range of foundations but was promptly told that they don’t have testers and if I take it then I will have to keep it. How do you take a bottle of foundation which cost that much without tearing it? She then gave me some other tester and when I tried it it completely does not match my skin at all!!

Please train some professionals!!!!! Your service is unacceptable and pathetic
