Unprofessional Employee at Foschini Southgate.

I bought 2 Mobicel phones from Focshini in Sandton in August 2019. In January both phones stopped working. End of January 2020 I went to Foschini in Southgate to report the phones but because I only had a box one phone & lost the other box. I could only hand in one phone to have it checked / repairs. The lady who works at Foschini by the name of Ruth took my phone and said she will book it in for repairs. She promised to contact me during the week. She called me during the week as promised (the 1st week of February). She told me that Mobicel does not accept the phone, they (Mobicel) told her it's not their phone. Ruth promised to call MTN to book in the phone for me , i shouldn't worry. I waited patiently till i decided to go to Foschini on the 13/03/2020 to check if my phone has not been fixed. When i got to the store i spoke to Funeka as Ruth was off on that day. Funeka checked the phone for me & she said she could not find it and gave me Foschini contact number & asked me to call on Saturday & speak to Ruth or she will ask Ruth to contact me. On Monday 15/03/2020 I called the store & spoke to Funeka. She told me that Ruth is not at work , she will come back on Wednesday but my phone is still at the store and not repaired.

Ruth failed to call me and inform me of whatever reason that made her not to book in my phone for almost 3 months. had I not followed up, i would still be expecting a call from Ruth that my phone is now fixed. She kept my phone with her for so long while i thought my phone is booked in. My phone was still under warranty when I left it with her at Foschini. Now my phone is out of warranty while in Ruth's position. I WANT MY PHONE FIXED. As I speak my phone is still at Foschini Southgate.
