Unprofessional

I was at Foschini greenstone to do a return a cashier was busy with my return when a lady who was wearing a t shirt written Tfg insure came in and went by the cellular cabinet and started shouting about promos of which the lady who was busy at the tills was trying to explain to her but she ddnt want to listen and the was a other lady who came in n tried to explain as well . I believe the are offices in your company that can be used if you want reprimand staff you can’t just do it infront of the customers making our shopping uncomfortable wen I asked the cashier who is the lady she said it’s a Rep from HI by the name of Cecilia I believe Cecilia is so unprofessional she needs to be trained if she’s part of management that’s not how you talk to your staff in front of customers n while they busy with customers
