Unpleasant Sales Staff

I have experienced numerous occasions in which the staff at Foshini Westwood are not helpful and very rude Including management. Today they were fighting and discussing an internal matter on the floor and had no concern of customers being there. I told them how unprofessional that is and was completely ignored. Foshini needs to hire trained professional staff and fire the current! I don't wish to ever go to that store again.
