Unpaid claim

I was introduced life insurance at tfg but since I was in communications with the company even went to a store bUT I was not associated with any help what so ever no payments has been made since 4months I've been claiming and in that regard even when I call their call center no help am getting but refers me to their store with no help so am tired of their bad service when it time to debit they don't miss it but I had to make a funeral borrowing money.
