unnecessary items on my account

I Mr B Moola, have written to hello Peter on the 11/10/15, about being billed for unnecessary stuff on my account. My card number is ***, I'd no ***, it's very disappointing about the service u get when you go to the store for queries on your statement and no one can help you but tell you must phone customer care and ask them to cancel what is not needed.<br> I WOULD LIKE TO BE BACKPAYED FROM 2012. When I contacted customer service they told everything will be cancelled but I'm still being billed.
