Unnecessary Admin charges on account

I am really disappointed with the TFG group. I have been a long standing customer (15 years) of the Foschini group. Through the pandemic I made minimum payments to what I could afford. In recent times I have brought the account up to date however I have been charged in 2 months (June and July) for 3 more than the necessary communication costs in calls, sms and emails within a space of 1 week which has now appeared on my statement twice . Since when did Foschini and TFG stoop to this level? Certainly if I was charged for the first call only it could be regarded as acceptable.
