Account Number: ***<br> <br> Kindly note that I have a problem with Donna Claire for months now, I cancelled club fees and My kitchen books but Donna Claire refuses to cancel prescription instead they charge interest upon interest. I spoke to consumer department which stated an email should be sent, no response instead harassing phone calls despite payments. I am of the view that if they do not cancel from date of instruction and reverse those charges and the interest that ********ly accumulated this will remain unresolved.
