Unhappy with service rendered by Karabo

Your staff are so freaking lazy to their jobs. I needed to pay my lay-by but the consultant KARABO at Foschini Loch Logan in Bloemfontein on the 27/06/2025 told me that you can’t finish off paying a lay-by with your TFG credit card!

But when I checked online it says you are able to do so! She is lazy and looked untidy and uninterested in helping me! Fix it ! We can’t have such people working for your store
