UNHAPPY LOYAL CUSTOMER.

I've been getting damaged stock recently from foschini and totalsport online shopping and it's so unacceptable the number of items that I have returned this year alone because they were damaged. TFG really need to up their game or they gonna loose customers, Yesterday 21/07/2020 i returned a pair of asics because the stitches were coming out, today my handbag got delivered 22/07/2020 and same problems with the stitches. I have returned jeans also at foschini because the zip was not working and the other one it didn't have a button,my story is endless for this year only.
