Unhappy ex-customer

I paid my account clean a few months ago. I didn't realize that there were extras on my account that was charged to my account. 3 Nov I received sms saying I need to pay R48. I phoned to enquire and was told about the extras, I asked them to cancel and said that the account will be cleared as it was charged to a R0 balance. <br> On 13 November I received another sms saying that I need to pay R101 by 1 Dec to protect my credit record. I paid the origianal R48. I phoned to cancel my account. They said that they can't close the account because there is a balance on, but that I could collect a form instore to request the amount to be cleared. I went to totalsports in VnA - they didn't have the form. I then gave up and just paid the remaining R51 that I don't feel I should've. A few days after my last payment I phoned once again to cancel my account. SURPRISE- it can't be cancelled because there is a R20 balance on!!! Can someone just please help me get out of this account that I paid clean months ago??Also, for years I have been swamped with fochini sales calls and asked them everytime to remove me from list. My experience with TFG has been terrible and will never shop at any outlet again.
