Unhappy customers

How I'm so discussed at the foschini hi boost gadgets they selling and I wouldn't advise family and friends to buy these products. I bought a phone a week before my son's birthday as a gift and had to return it the very same weekend as it was freezing and disfunctional it was taken for software update as the said. It came back a week later with the same issue I took and they said they taking it for another software update. Here I am sitting with a freezing gadget that is not working and money was paid for this thing, I feel like I've been ****** off my money as I even said to the consultant I would be happy If they exchanged it for something that's working and even if it meant I had to pay in more as the issue of this un****ional gadget was picked up within a week of the purchase.
