Unhappy Customer/Bad quality

I purchased a R400.00 pair of shoes for comfort at work, thinking I am going to spend extra for quality, I have worn the shoes just a little less then a month but instead of having one coming loose both shoes are damaged and came loose at their soles, I am a very unhappy customer, spending that amount for a couple of weeks quality. I emailed them and yes no response, but open an account or spend money and they will rush at you with response.
