Unhappy customer

I went to Foschini store in Ballito Junction mall on the 26th of May.To my surprise I found a ladies trouser which had a promotion sticker on it.When I proceeded to paying point the promotion did not go through,when I queried about the promotion I should have got,the supervisor together with the manager (Valentia) refused to give the trouser with the promotion price.According to Consumer Protection Act,the consumer has the right to be heard and I believe that a customer should get the product with the price he/she saw,that's the to fair pricing.How was this right was not implemented in my case?And I was falsely accused for putting the promotion sticker on the item,when I agreed for them to view the footage they continued to refuse and said they can't excess the CCTV.I personally feel that my right as a customer was violated and not considered,and I would be very pleased if my complaint is reviewed and attended to.
