Unhappy customer

I went to foschini in Mall Of Africa on the first of October to return my leather jacket because it was peeling off on the neck, the manager ask me where I purchased it and I said in sandton and she told me to go there as they never receive that type of jacket and they don't have a code for it. I then ask her how about Them calling sandton for a code ,she took my number and promise me that she will contact me before EOD, I never received any call. I went there again on the 02/10/20 the lady who was assisist me with the manager told me that the manager is on lunch they will call me before EOD, I never received any call. I went there again today the very same lady with no name tag explained to me that the manager is on weekend off, customer service was very bad from day one I'm not happy at all, I told the lady that I'm going to lay complain ,then I received a call from the guy who Introduce himself as a floor manager and he said they won't be able to change or refund the jacket as is now over six months, I have purchased leather jackets at foschini before and I never Came across one with bad quality it's indeed a poor quality + bad customer service all together.
