Unhappy customer

Foschini customer service is disgusting I recently app**** for an account and got approved I received an sms to go to a store with my id to collect my card however when I got there I was told because I am married and haven’t changed to my husbands surname I need to go get a new id I then called customer service and new accounts and was told to go back to the store with my id and marriage certificate and I won’t have any issues once again I went to the store and received the same answer clearly they have no idea how to run a business the staff at liberty midlands mall Foschini are not very helpful and quite rude. They have inconvenienced me twice now I even sent emails and still haven’t received a response.
