Unhappy customer

On the 01 of October I bought a pair of shoes at foschini mall of Africa I didn't fit shoes as I wear size 5 and normally I bought shoes at this store and never have problems, l walk in shoes when I arrive home all find out I don't feel comfortable in them because of the cut of the shoes, the stickers are still there under the shoes. I m not happy as I explain to them 3 ladies ganged against me telling me that there's nothing they can do with them, I want to no about my consumer rights. Why can I not get refund???I paid for the shoes and it doesn't fit me properly.... I want my money back!! So that I can be able to go and buy somewhere else where I will get good customer service....
