Unhappy customer

I purchased stockings for R130 at Donna and was not advised that I could not return if it does not fit. Unfortunately it does not fit and upon returning it I was refused point blank to have it exchanged with an attitude. The employee was not helpful at all, stockings were not worn as obviously they do not fit. I am a customer and refuse to purchase another pair. Additionally the employee is the one that advised I take that particular size. I am not happy with the lack of assistance.
