Unhappy customer

I bought a cellphone at Foschini store in December 2020. Unfortunately on the 26th of January 2021 i had to send it back for repairs. The display would not show when there is an incoming call making it impossible to answer the call. They told me it will take 2 to 4 weeks to repair it but i have gone there to check three times with no luck. The other time i went there they told me its with the courier company they will contact me before the week ends. And when i went there again the third time they told me they won't fix it because it's water damaged but until now, the 11th of March 2021, i haven't recieved a call from them to come and fetch my phone. Please help me, what can i do?
