Unhappy client

I bought a phone two weeks ago. Within the first day of use, the phone had a software issue and the phone could not be booted, I returned the phone after 9 days and was told that it is outside the 7 day return policy. However was assisted after the manager said she is doing us a “favour”. I topped up and bought another phone in the store upon recommendation from one of the employees, upon arrival at home, the phone was slow, I went back to the store for a refund and I was blatantly told that 1. the store does not take phones back and 2. The phone only needed a software update. I am not happy with the service and response I got. I read the return policy for the TFG group and nowhere does it outline anything like that which I was told. I was assisted by cellphone consultant Sindiswa and the manager Maggie. Both of them said that I was being unfair for returning a phone for the second time. As a recurring client that has already bought 4 phones in the same store and never had an issue like this before, I feel very undermined and unvalued as a client. Location is Foschini at Maluti Crescent Mall in Phuthaditjhaba.
