UNFRIENDLIEST STAFF EVER

I am a Die Hard Donna Girl I love everything about it 15 years and counting I’m from Secunda (Best Donna +Staff Ever!!) visiting my sister in Welkom my first shopping stop Donna of course when I walk inside a Donna u feel at Good ,glamorous etc.... I got nothing bad to say about it great clothes !amazing !amazing but boy did the staff make me feel invincible, we were ignored,and completely dismissed until I was at the till PAYING then the staff came alive then we were spoken too and insulted all at the same time I was asked if my sister was my twin or mother or grandmother??? Whatever the hell that meant by then she says “ are you sure about the sizes” ??!! ? oh and old white lady staff passed me 3 times with no hello or how can I help and spoke to “ other” customers and offered her hellos and “ kan ek help” guess it’s selective Tuesday customer service I was shocked then mad then annoyed cos she’s giving Donna and all other wonderful Donna workers a bad name ! I love Donna , disappointed by Donna Goldfield Mall Welkom Staff all 3 of them Tuesday 13 Feb 2019 10:30 to 10: 52 Shame on you
