Unfairly charged for magazines not required

A TGF consultant called my elderly mother regarding the The Kitchen magazine that my mother had declined. The consultant coerced her to try for the first 3 months for free then make a decision after but up until now my mother is being charged for 2 copies of The Kitchen that she did not give consent to getting. She has tried to cancel the subscription and still the double charge is includes in her statements.

I tried calling on behalf of my mother and to explain the situation but the call centre agent I got was not friendly and not willing to listen.

My mother is a pensioner and she cannot afford the additional charges on her account.
