Unfair treatment

I called Foschini contact center to complain about the harassment I am receiving from their collections contractors even after I have paid up my account, about 6 weeks already.

The lady clearly told me there is nothing they can do about it, even though they are the ones who gave them my contacts.

She was not even willing to listen to me... You'd swear I was through to the collections department other than customer care center.
