unfair block on my account again!!!

my account is still blocked, even though i have not lost a job. the second time my account is blocked yet i make payments on time every month.I will be handling this matter to the consumer rights ombudsman, this is unfair and discriminatory. i will never pay this account, i will also contact my lawyers and start legal actions against Foschini, I'm done with this disgusting company. the call center agent was also rude and made funny comments towards me, instead of resolving this issue.
