Unexplained magazine charges

<p>Ever since I opened my account with the group I've been getting my statement via SMS. So one day I asked for a detailed statement to be emailed. To my surprise, I saw a number of magazine subscription but I never got one magazine. When I queried this , no one answered me. I am being sent from one department to another , none helping me. It's been over a month already.</p>
