Unexplained Billing
My Foschini account was closed more then a year ago, I also submitted a complaint which was "resolved" but when i recently app**** for vehicle finance i was informed that i did not qualify as i have not PAID MY FOSCHINI ACCOUNT FOR 6 MONTH!!!!! I previous emails where confirmation was given that my ACCOUNTS WERE CLOSED AND THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN PLEASE FIX YOUR MISTAKE IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION
