********* Practices by Foschini

<p>I have an account with Foschini and my credit to buy was R1500 when I first took out the account then in 2016 they sent me an email and an sms to say my limit would be increased to R3000 and I was fine with that. My last purchase was made early May 2017 and my slip showed that I have 0 credit to buy and my balance was 3000 and some cents. 2 days ago I receive an email saying that my balance is 6114.17 so I called them this morning to complain as, as far as am concerned my credit to buy was only R3000 so how did my balance become double that. Then this lady as their call centre says everytime I make a payment my credit is increased. I feel this is ********* behaviour as I was never told about this way of my credit increasing. I always pay my account and use it according to what I paid, I was never aware of any increase, if I had been informed, I would have declined it. I even told her that Foschini is making me use credit that I don't have because as far as I know my credit was 3000 and my slip confirmed this in saying my balance was R3000 so where does this R6111 come from? If you increase credit you should inform the client because I know my affordibilty.</p>
