********* & Inconsistent Conduct

I app**** for a TFG account and was granted the account.After using the account for a couple of transactions online, l attempted to use the card and was told l had no credit.Upon investigation the account was blocked because they could not find my information on Credit Bureau. l emailed proof of I'd,income and residence.According to S2 of the FICA Act it is ******* for any financial provider to transact with anyone without checking their identity first.So on what basis was l granted an account only to be told lm not FICA compliant.I then emailed my documents in store at Foschini Golden Acre with the help of the Manager. We were shuffled to three different forensic agents who all appeared to have no clue what documents are required by FICA.l was literally told all my documents were wrong,but according to FICA it is legal for me to use documents that are not more than three months old. Further that a PDF copy of my bank statement is FICA complaint and recognised by law.It is disheartening that such a huge financial institution as TFG is riddled with ********* & Inconsistent conduct,with agents giving out the wrong information.This means l got the account before proper background chec
