After being retrenched in March 2014, I defaulted on my account I have held for more than 15 years. The balance outstanding was R1148.70. They, well within their rights, handed me over to Munnik Basson Dagama Ass. These attorney's have managed to increase this amount to R2017.73. I have been charged R255.40 in interest, they are unwilling to disclose the interest rate, nor how the interest is being charged. The other R613.63 is listed as 'FEES\. again unwilling to disclose what fees.<br> <br> I find it ********* to charge more than half of the original Capital balance to a client who has been a good payer who has defaulted due to unforeseen circumstances. <br> <br> I have had tragedy after tragedy
