Undermining customer service
<p>I really tried to sort it out with them without publishing it to the whole world. But they repeatedly shown absolute arrogance and disregard. I am trying to cancel a cellphone insurance which they debit from my account **********ly. I did not take any insurance with them and the insurance company they referred me to confirmed that they have never received any insurance schedule from Foschini. I wasted my airtime phoning them several times, even went to their website and sent a complaint. Nothing has happened thus far, no phone call, nothing. But every month they bill me. I am ****** passed and disgusted. I am so closing this account asap! ****** Retail ******! !!!!!!!@</p>

11 Feb 2017, 17:07I forgot to mention that I also went into the Branch at Festival mall. Only to get the shock of my life. They basically said they can't help me as they have to phone head office and their landlines have not been working for 6 days. Just like that
