Unconstitutional conduct by Foschini

I have never ever dealt with a company as bad as Foschini. My instalments are payable on the 1st of every month. i paid R1100 on the 3 June 2021 but i was not aware that i short paid by R60,00. When i received an sms from Foschini i promptly paid R200.00 just to avoid unnecessary communication. unbeknown to me, Foschini black listed me on the credit bureau. I was notified by my banker and this affected my credit rating. i called Foschini and asked them to rectify it. I was advised that it will stay on my record for two years as i had short paid. on the bureau it was listed as "arrears". Foschini asked me to deal directly with the bureau. i called trans union and was told that they could not help me. as Foschini had listed me, only they could instruct them. i was passed as a yoyo from one to the other. the damage to my credit is irreversible. please give Foschini publicity for bad practice. instead of adding the R60.00 to the next instalment , they took drastic steps.terrible!!!!!!!! Zero stars from me
