Uncomfortable shoes scarring feet

I purchased 3 pairs of Luella shoes from the supplier. All 3 of them were uncomfortable and in a period of less than 5 minutes of using each shoe, they caused scarring and peeled the skin off on the toes. The manager Michelle refused to take them back and said that's not a manufacturing fault. I have spent R1500 on these 3 pairs of shoes only for them to sit in my cupboard and not be worn which is absolutely ridiculous!!! I don't expect to pay so much for shoes to not receive quality!!!
