Unbelievable addings when you want to close your account

I had a card fee of R35 on my account and was not able to pay within a month because we do not have Foschini in our town The amount increased quickly and a week later I ask them to close my account They charge me R23 twice for e-mail and a letter and a sms I had to pay R85 to be able to close my account after 25 years of being a client and paying more than was ask from me Was very disappointed with Foschini's bad service and not even try to convine me to keep my account!!!
