Unbelievable

I'm so disappointed, its the second time in a space of two weeks that I have to return an online order because of something being wrong with it. I ordered sunglasses online and when they arrived I couldn't believe my eyes! They were skew, scratched and had makeup on the label from all the people who.have previous tried them on. This is unsanitary considering the pandemic also the pouch that comes with them was not in the packaging, they didn't even bother putting the sunglasses in bubble wrap and depended on the clothes I ordered to protect it. It's not my first time ordering su glasses online from Foschini so I know exactly what the packaging should look like and this is definitely not it needless to say I'll never order online from this store again
