Unauthorized online purchase

Dispute online purchase made on my account not authoriised by the account holder. I've requested proof of my signature and proof of address delivery was made to... I've submitted a police stamp affidavit that clearly explain that my cell was *******ly ported and hacked into various of my accounts linked to this cell no. I will not pay this account as my account was paid up in full and in a credit balance.
