Unauthorised charges on my account

I have been a customer of Foshini for the past 15 years and discovered that in April 2018 that my account was being debited with leisure magazines, club and car magazines. These charges started somewhere in 2017. I have NEVER consented to any of these and therefore called the customer care line, the agent I spoke to told me that they would rectify and refund all the unauthorised amounts that was charged to my account. Since then I was still charged these fees and I tried calling the customer service line and get the same response as above. I went to several branches of Foschini but noone can refund all the money that has been *******ly charged to my account. In October, one of the branch managers told me that Melanie Snyders was investigating and will refund me, nothing has happened yet! Perhaps I should just go to the police and open up a case of ***** against Foschini.
