Unacceptable service from Foschini

After struggling for 2 months to receive my Foschini card, I paid my first instalment and three months later it still doesn't reflect on my account. I have sent them several proofs of payment, called them several times and even went to my nearest store to resolve this problem, however no one has come back to me to resolve this problem. It now reflects negatively on my credit record. I would not recommend anyone to open a Foschini account as I have been struggling since day one.
