Unacceptable Service at Foschini Centurion

I’m very disappointed with the service at Foschini Centurion.

There were two cashiers, but one left while the other was busy, leaving a long queue with no assistance for about 15 minutes. One customer even left due to the wait.

I asked staff in the perfume section for help, but no one assisted me. I was only helped when a cashier came to ask for change.

When I questioned the delay, the cashier responded, “I just work here mam,” which I found very unprofessional.

This level of service is unacceptable. I would appreciate feedback from management.
