Unable to find my information

I have been out of a job for a year and 4 months and was unable to pay my account which was handed over. In December I got a job and when I got paid I went to the store and was told i cant pay in the store i should call the Collections company and I understood and did not have a problem. But strangely i called the company and they can't find any details on the system as I wanted to make payments. I call Foschini head office and i was send to every department with no help. I was given numbers that don't even work properly i kept on getting cut. This is unfair as I am trying to clear my name on ITC but they not giving me the opportunities to do so. I find this unprofessional that the Attorneys company has lost my details and unfair that Foschini is unable to help me to pay them back but want to keep me on black listed
