*****ulent Account and no assistance received from TFG Group

I had a *****ulent account open against my name last year November, my ID was never lost or misplaced all transactions happen in 2 days and my a total of 15k was used .

I opened a case at the police station and an account with TFG ***** department, every time I call I am given different turn around time , meanwhile my credit score is taking a knock.

I am a loyal foschini Group customer and this type of treatment is disappointing and disgusting to say the list. I won’t be surprised if this is not an inside job.
