Two different sizes and same foot

Bought a platform and when I got home I opened the box it was a size 3 and 4 of the same foot and had black marks on. I immediately phoned the shop and spoke to Candice who took my contact number and said that the store manager will phone me back immediately, which never happened. I called back after 30min and she hanged up second time she picked up and said to someone \did they just phoned again"phoned again and no one picked up. I'm disgusted by the service.
