Turned Away When Wanting To Pay

Shocked at the disgusting customer service received from staff at Foschini Bayside!!<br> 16h45 I went into the store.. ladies on the floor helped me look for the sizes I needed and walked with me to the till with the items I wanted to buy. <br> When I wanted to pay I was told sorry mam you can't pay now, we have cashed up and you need to come back tomorrow!! <br> Store closes at 17h00 and at 16h55 I was told that my purchase couldn't go through..<br> Clearly the staff cash up before the actual store hours so they can run out the store at 17h00 when store the closes but then why agree to help me look for the size and not waste my or for that matter anyone else's time as well.<br> If this is the kind of service we in for before the festive season goes into full swing then I feel absolutely hopeless!!!
