Train your staff on customer etiquette!!

I bought a pair of boots at the Foschini branch at Mall of Africa today. I asked the two ladies to assist me they responded there is no stock! I told them to check because on the website it indicated that Mall of Africa had my size. One of the ladies checked and said it was available but she then decided to give me an old boot box because she claimed they have run out of boxes! I am furious and disappointed that I had to either walk away with a pair of brand new boots with no box or a torn box! Train your staff on customer etiquette!!
