Total Incompetence

I have been harassed by the TFG Group for money I apparently owe them. We have a Decorators card and pay COD. We cannot buy on credit as we do not have an account, yet they have handed us over to their Debt Collectors and want to list me on ITC!!

After numerous calls, emails, proof of payment of the amount in question, they still keep on harrassing me for this payment. One cannot communicate with anyone in the call centre and emails just keep coming back saying we owe them money!

The incompetence of the people we are dealing with is absolutely shocking. @Home Mall of the South are also trying to assist us, as we buy most of our stock there, and they are not even getting assistance from their Head Office. How are we as the public supposed to come right?
