Too quick to hand over accounts

Dear Foschini you are too quick to hand over account to useless collecting agency. I had an account that was handed over i have paid all the balance that i know of but still i cannot get my settlement letter, the people you handed me over to are of no use and *********** peoples money because they even charge me for calling them and add interest that they cannot even explain to me how sick is that!!, I dont have an account with easton berry but with foschini and i expect you to step in and resolve this matter!!!!and stop telling me that the account is no longer with you where as it is your name still reflecting bad on my profile.
