Three plans in one account 6/12 /18

Good day

They put my account in other 2 plans that I do not know about which is 12mnths and 18mnths without my concern and they have been fixing it for a months and couple of weeks but nothing has been fixed I'm paying lot of ID NO : 930 ********** 084 CARD NO : 627 ********** 5 98006 Kind regards
